• Travel times vary depending on your destination and typically range from approximately 5 to 45 minutes. When booking, you’ll be able to view the expected crossing time for your selected route. 

Are return trips available the same day? 

•  Yes. Many guests book round-trip travel in the same day. Return times depend on availability, so we recommend reviewing the schedule when planning your trip. 

How far is parking from the ferry terminal? 

• The main parking garage is within walking distance of the terminal. Most guests can reach the boarding area within just a few minutes on foot. 

Can I bring my bike or kayak? 

• Yes. Bikes, e-bikes and kayaks are welcome onboard for an additional fee of $5.75. Bringing your own equipment can be a great way to explore the islands at your own pace. 

Do I need to print my ticket? 

• No. Most guests simply show their digital ticket on a smartphone when boarding. Printed tickets are also accepted. If you don’t have access to your ticket, our team can assist you at the ticket window with a valid photo ID. 

Tickets are valid for the 2026 season. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless a departure is cancelled by Jet Express due to weather or operating conditions.
