• No. Most passengers simply present their digital ticket on a smartphone when boarding. If you prefer, you can also print your confirmation before arriving. If you do not have access to your ticket, our team can assist you at the ticket window with a valid photo ID. 

When should I arrive before departure? 

•  We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure, especially during weekends, holidays and peak summer travel periods. Arriving early gives you time to park, gather your belongings and board without rushing.

Can I bring my pet on the ferry? 

• Yes! Pets are welcome aboard Jet Express at no additional charge. Pets must remain in a carrier or be kept on a leash while traveling.

Can I bring a bike, e-bike or kayak? 

•  Yes. Bicycles, e-bikes and kayaks are permitted onboard for an additional fee of $5.75 each way. Bringing your own equipment can be a great way to explore Put-in-Bay at your own pace.
