• We have 2 parking lots near Port Clinton.
• Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure. If you are not in line to board the ferry by 5 minutes before departure you may miss boarding, please plan ahead!
• Pets are free as long as they are in a cage or on a leash
• Bikes/Kayaks/e-bikes can be taken $5.25 each way
• Restrooms: are at Port Clinton, Sandusky and on the boats
• Cant make the trip? Self Cancelation and re-booking from confirmation email.

Main Lot: 49 Jackson Street, Port Clinton, OH 43452
($15/ day, up to $45, cash/card)

Long Term Lot: 110 Harrison Street, Port Clinton, OH 43452
($10, cash only)

• Smartphone with boarding info from your Confirmation email or print out.
• If you don’t have a Smartphone, bring your ID to the TICKET window, and WE can print your boarding pass.

Bookings may be rebooked for any scheduled departure during the 2024 season. Tickets are only valid for the 2024 season. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if departures are cancelled by the Jet Express due to inclement weather. Any questions or concerns should be directed to 419-732-2800.
